Rob
and me did not get out of bed still about 1:00pm. But I was still
tired, even at 1:00pm. Because baby Rob
was not feeling too well at all last night. So he kept waken me
up every time that he moved. No that I minded at all, he can't
help not being well.
Once out of bed we then both had showers. But then Rob
went back to bed, since we was still not feeling too great. He
asked if he could use my laptop my laptop while in bed, to give
him something to do and of course I was not going to say no. no.
I then went to the door next door and used the server in my Dad's
office, with his very, very nice flat screen monitor. I think
that I will need to save up and get one, they are well nice. So
that is how we spend most of the day. Rob
in bed using one machine and me in another room using another
machine.
At least in the evening he was feeling a bit better. So he got
out of bed and had dinner, with my Mum and Dad and of course me.
The food was great as always, so thanks Mum
Then after dinner we watched Casualty on BBC1
Scotland. Which was very good indeed. Then we watched The
Vicar of Dibley, which was also very good. I liked it even more
because it had a great message in it. Most of it was about making
poverty history, to find out more then check out www.makepovertyhistory.org.
Then we both played about on the Internet some more, before both
going to bed at 1:20am. Once in bed we when watched some more
of The X Files DVD, that Rob
got me for Christmas. |
Friday - 7th January 2005 |
I got up at about 12:15pm.
Then I run down the stairs and had a nice shower. Then I quickly
checked my email and played about on the Internet for a while.
Then I put a washing on, before jumping into my car and driving
to Stamford.
Once in Stamford I went to my bank to pay some money in. In the
coming days and weeks, you will find out that I am starting to
pay a lot of money into the bank. I am doing this for more then
one reason. I am mainly doing it to cut down on all the change
that get and of course the more money I out the bank the faster
I can pay my car off.
Once done at the bank, I went to Morrisons to do some food shopping. Once home. I cooked myself lunch. Then
once I had eaten it. I went outside to give my car it's first
wash of the car so far.
Then I played about on the Internet for a while. Then I sorted
out my washing, before driving to my place of work at the dog
track in Peterborough. Lucky tonight, was a bit busier then Wednesday
night was. So it was not so boring. Even better then that we could
to listen to the radio behind the bar, which made work more fun
of course.
Once back home I chatted to my Rob
for a while, before going to bed at about 2:00pm. But I did not
get to sleep till about 4:00am, because of all the wind. |
Sunday - 9th January 2005 |
I got up at about 1:00pm. I
would have got up sooner, but my bed was too nice and warm. Once
I did get out of bed, I had nice hot shower. Once out the shower,
I found some nice warm clothes to wear, since the house was so
cold. Because the fire had one out, during the night.
Once I had started to warm up nicely. I made a start on sorting
out eight months of bank statement's that I had been meaning to
sort out for a good while. It took me about 45 minutes to go thought
them all.
Once I had sorted them all out. Mark and me went to Grantham
at about 2:00pm. To get more coal for the fire, stuff from B&Q to put some curtains up and food from Asda.
When we went to Asda I could not believe, how much it had changed
since I was last there, they had added a second floor. Which makes
the place well cool. You can't beat Asda if you ask me. The place rules.
Once we got back, we put the food away. Then we put up the curtains
which did take a while, because we had to change the size of them.
Once they were up, it made the room look so much better. Then
after that we spend a good number of hours cleaning up the house
and binning junk.
Then after that I speak to my boyfriend Rob
on-line for a while. Once he had gone to bed, I just watched some
TV and played about on the Internet for a while, because going
to bed at about 2:00am. |
Monday - 10th January 2005 |
I got out of bed at about 11:45am.
Then I turned on my PC, then I jumped in the shower. Then once
out of the shower, I got dressed. Then I put more coal on the
fire to keep it going for the rest of the day. Then I went back
to my room and checked my email and played about on the Internet
for a while.
Then I cooked myself lunch and eat it while watching the News on BBC1.
Then after food, I did some sorting out of stuff in the house.
Then I put some computers in the back of my car and drove to
Mark's offices in Seaton, Rutland which is just over 12 miles
from Little
Bytham. I went there to sort out the phones, because he has
just got a second phone line installed. So he needed me since
I am the IT man, to go over and stuff it out for him. It only
took me about 30 min's or so to get it all fully sorted out.
Once I was done there at about 3:00pm. I went drove into Stamford
and parked my car, then walked into the town centre and went to
the Halifax
Bank to pay some money into my bank account. Then after that
I walked back to my car and then drove to Morrisons to do some food shopping and also to put some fuel in my car.
Then once back I put away the food that I had got from the shops.
Then I took out some rubbish bags from my car, that I picked up
from Mark's offices and out down the side of the house.
Then I make myself some dinner and eat it while watching Neighbours.
Then I played about on the Internet for a while. Then I connected
up the satellite box again, which we have not used in a while.
I only like it because, I can watch BBC 1 Scotland on it and keep
up-to-date with the news from Scotland.
Then after that I watched Beautiful Thing on DVD that Rob's
sister Jenny very nicely got me for Christmas. I use to have it
on DVD, it was the very first DVD that I ever got. But when I
moved from to Nottingham to Little
Bytham, it some how went missing. I really love Beautiful
Thing, if you have never seen it before, then I would really recommend
that you do.
While watching Beautiful Thing I started to give my website a
much needed update. Since I haven so far behind it may take me
a good while to get it fully sorted out. |
Saturday - 22nd January 2005 |
Rob
and me have now been going out for 11 months. Time has been flying
by. Our 1 year anniversary, will soon come around. So happy 11 months,
I love you Rob. |
Sunday - 30th January 2005 |
Yes don't worry I am still
in the land of the living. Every time, I think about updating
this website, something else likes to jump up and stop me from
doing it. So I am very, very sorry, if you have been checking
this website and not finding any.
Rob
and me got waken up by Mark shooting at the dog to get off his
bed. Which is nothing new. The funny bit, was it was not even
our dog. Someone had not closed the back door fully and the next
door neighbours dog had gotten in and jumped on Marks bed. Oh
the fun of living in the country side.
Rob
and me got up at about 12:15pm. Then we both had showers. Then
we sorted out, some new photos of him for my Wetsuitlads
website. The new photos will be going live at some point on
the 1st February 2005, but to view them you will need to have
access to the "exclusive area" of the website.
Once we had sorted out the photos. We both took the dog out for
a nice walk. She was very happy indeed to get out a walk. Since
she had not been out for a number of days, since the weather has
not been too great.
Once back from walking the dog. I cooked us both some lunch.
Then Rob
very nicely helped, Mark and me give the house a clean.
Then at about 4:30pm. I drove Rob
back to his home in Rugby. The journey took about 1 hours 10 minutes,
which is not really that bad for a 55 mile drive.
I stayed at his for about 30 minutes. I chatted to his folks
for a while. Before driving back home. Once back home, I watched
some TV, listened to some music, chatted to some mates on the
Internet. I of course also chatted to my Rob
on MSN for a good number of hours.
I went to bed at about 12:45am, where at long last, I started
to give this website a much needed update. |
Monday - 31st January 2005 |
I got up at about 11:15am.
Had a nice hot shower. Once out of the shower, I then got dressed.
Then cleaned out the fire and put more coal on it. Then I played
about on the Internet about 30 minutes and checked my email and
watched some TV.
Then at about 12:15pm. I went into Stamford town centre to put
last weeks pay in the bank. Once I was done at the bank, I when
drove to Morrisons to do my weekly food shopping, then I went to the Morrisons petrol station to fill up my car. I could not believe it, the
price of petrol had gone up again. So it looks like I will need
to use more of my money to run my car for the week. It was costing
me £20 for one week. Now is going to cost more. Oh well,
these things do happen.
Once I got back from Stamford. I cooked myself some lunch and
had it while watching Neighbours on BBC1.
Then I watched also Doctors,
before going outside to wash my car. I think that I have the cleaned
car in the street, if not the village. Because I am always washing
it. I can't stand driving a muddy car about.
Then after that. I spend the rest of the afternoon playing about
on the Internet. While playing about on the net, I also did some
work to my Killearn
on the Web site. Then I watched the last DVD of my "House
of Cards" box set. It was very, very good. If you have never
seen it, then I would say go out and pay it.
Then I spend the evening chatting to people on the Internet.
And of course I also chatted to my great boyfriend Rob.
Then at 12:00am I did a did a update to my Wetsuitlads
website. Before going to bed at about 2:00am. |
Wednesday - 2nd February 2005 |
I got out of bed at about 12:30pm.
Then I jumped straight into the shower. Once out got the shower,
I turned on my PC and checked my email, which as normal was mostly
all crap. So if any one reading this wants to said me a good email
to read, then please feel free.
Then after that I took my bed covers of and put them in the washing
along with my work clothes from last night. I have to wash them
every day, after I have been to work. Since they really smell
of smoke, they sooner they ban smoking in public places, the better
it will be better of everyone. It can't come a day to soon, if
you ask me.
After I had sorted out my washing. I make myself some lunch and
had it, while of course watching Neighbours on BBC1.
Then I played about on the Internet for a bit, then I went out
a walk with my dog for about 30 minutes. Once back from walking
Pebbles. I had a drink, before going a cycle to Corby Glen. The
cycle was only a short one, 12 miles in total. Which at least
it give me legs and bum a bit of a work out.
Once back from my cycling. I did more stuff to my Wetsuitlads
website. Then I got really for work. It was a OK evening at work.
It was better, then last night was. Last night was so boring you
would not better.
Once back from work. I checked my email, and played about on
the net for a while. Then at about 1:00am, I took my laptop to
bed and updated this website, while watching Holby
City that I had recorded Tuesday night. |
Sunday - 6th February 2005 |
I wake up at about 11:30am.
But I did not get out of bed till about 2:00pm. Because I was,
way to happy watching Sports Night, then Elen on abc1 on Freeview.
Once got of bed, I had a shower. Then I spend most of the day
helping Mark do lots and lots of painting around the house.
At about 8:00pm. We went to the OK
Diner on the A1 near to Colsterworth to have something to
eat. I had Coca-Cola to drink and to eat I had their Classic Hamburger
with cheese. Which was very nice indeed. But even after that I
was still not full up. So I even had a dessert. I had a American
Cheesecake topped with strawberry sauce. Which was mmmmmmmmm to
say the least.
Once we back got. I went straight on-line to chat to my friend
Rob, since I had not gotten to have a good chat with him since
Thursday. It was great to catch up with what he had been up to
for the last number of days. |
Monday - 7th February
2005 |
I got up at about 1:00pm. Which
may sound, very late indeed. But since I was still awake last
night at 4:00am. Then I don't really think that getting up at
1:00pm, was really that bad. Once I was out of bed, I had a shower.
Then I checked my email. Then I watched Neighbours on BBC1.
Then I helped Mark do some more painting for a while.
Then I went into Stamford at about 3:00pm. First I went to petrol
station at Morrisons,
to put £30 of fuel in my car. I normally only put £20
of fuel in. But since one of my friends is coming down later in
the week, I know that I will be using more then normal. Then I
parked my car and walked into Stamford town centre Halifax
Bank to pay money into the bank. Then I went to Clinton
Cards, to get my boyfriend
Rob a Valentine's Day card. I think it's a very nice one.
I am sure that he will like it, when he get's it on Valentine
Day. Then I went back to Morrisons,
but this time to do my weekly shopping.
Once I got back from Stamford. I put my food away, then I changed
into some old clothes. And then helped Mark do some more painting
for a while. I painted the small room, in between the kitchen
and the bathroom. It looks far, better white, then it did the
green that is was before. But it's going to need a good number
more *clovers* of paint before it's fully done.
Once I was done with the painting. I cooked my some dinner and
had it while watching the News on Five. Then
I spend a good number of hours, fully sorting out the news
archive section of this website. I was up till 4:00am last
night doing it. But even then I still did not get it all done.
Then I spoke to my boyfriend
Rob on-line for a good number of hours. While still doing
even more work to the news archive. Rob
went off-line at about 10:00pm. Which was lucky because at much
the same time, Scott a friend from Glasgow phoned. So sort out what we are doing this weekend, when he is
down.
Once Scott was off the phone. I went back to doing even more
work to the news archive
section. By about 11:00pm, I was well pleased with myself,
because I got it finished off. It will still need some more work,
done to it here and there. If you have never looked at my news
archive section, then now would be a good time to do so. I
have added more of new photos, that you will not find else where
on this website. |
Friday - 11th February 2005 |
In the evening Scott, Matthew
and me went to see Runrig at Royal Centre in Nottingham. We all had a great time! |
Monday - 14th February 2005 |
Rob
and me spend our first Valentine's day together. But then every
day is Valentine's day with me, since it's my last name .
I would like to say a very, very thank-you to my boyfriend
Rob for the great card. And of course say how much I LOVE
YOU!!
But even with it being Valentine's Day. We both just spend it
like a normal Monday. We both went into Stamford so that I could
pay money into my bank account. Then we went to Morrisons to do the weekly food shopping. In total we spend just over £30,
which I don't think is that bad really, for a whole weeks shopping,
for two of us.
Once back from Stamford. We both watched Neighbours on BBC1.
Then after afterwards Rob
very nicely cooked us both launch. He did ham, egg and chips.
Which was, very, very nice. So thanks Rob
for a great meal. Then we watched some TV. Before going outside,
to give my car a much needed wash.
Then in the evening we both played about on the Internet and
watched some TV. We also watched the US version of Queer As Folk
on e4. The first that I watched some of it, I was not really fan.
But it's really starting to grow on me.
So that's how we spend Valentine's Day. You may think it was
boring. But to me to was great, because I got to spend the whole
of it, with my boyfriend
Rob. So it could not have been better, if you ask me! |
Tuesday - 22rd February 2005 |
Rob
and me have now been going out for one year. I just wish that I
could have got to spend the day with him. But I could not, since
he had college. And it would not have been right for him to have
to take the day off. So Rob,
I LOVE YOU. I know that we will both make up for, it at the weekend. |
Friday - 25th February
2005 |
Today started off great. I
drove to Rugby to put on my boyfriend Rob, like I do every second weekend. I got there OK. But not
long after getting Rob.
I we were not even 5 minutes from his home. When I went got into
car accident. I was on a around-about, when a van in front of
me had to stop, before someone pulled straight on in front of
him. But but the time I had stopped it was too late and I drove
straight into the back of him.
His van looked OK. It had some of my car paint on the back of
it. But my car the front end, got a bit fucked to say the least.
But of course the main thing was that everyone was OK. And lucky
my car was still OK to drive, so I could still take Rob
back to my place for the weekend.
So it was not really the best start to the weekend in the world.
Oh well these things do happen and there is not really much you
can do about it. Oh and Rob
I am sorry for not being in the best of moods, when I got back
from work. I was till pissed off by the whole car thing.
To see photo of my car after the accident, then click here. |
Satursday - 26th February
2005 |
Today was far better then yesterday.
But then that was not hard at all. My boyfriend
Rob and me. Who I much add, I love to bits. Spend most of
the day watching the 4 series of "As Time Goes By" on
DVD. Of course we did stop it to have lunch etc.
Then in the evening I was of course working at the dog track.
Then after work, me and some of the people I work with went out
for a Pizza. Then once back home. Rob
and me watched some more of "As Time Goes By". We did
not have the time to watch it all before going to bed. But it
will give us something to do on Sunday. |
Saturday - 5th March
2005 |
I
got up at about 11:30am. Then I had a nice hot shower. Then I
sorted out the fire. Then I did number of hours work to my Wetsuitlads
website. One of my friends very nicely give me some extra
web space and bandwidth for the website. I have used for the "exclusive
area" of the website. Since I have so much extra space I
have been making the most of it, by resizing all the images.
Once I had done that. I got my stuff packed for spending the
night with my Rob at
his folks house in Rugby. I set off at about 4:00pm and I got
to his house just after 5:00pm. Which is not too bad for a 50
mile drive. And yes before you ask, I do keep the speed limits.
When I pulled up outside Rob's in
my car. He come running out the house to say hello, I hug and
of course give me a nice BIG kiss.
Then we both just chatted, watched some TV and played about
on the Internet for a number of hours. Before getting ready at
about 7:45pm. for going out for the meal with his family for
his to Grand parents 50th Wedding Anniversary celebration. The
taxi got us all from Rob's house
at 8:00pm and took us to The
White Lion Inn, in Pailton.
It was a good evening and fun was had by all. It was the first
time that I had met most of the people. It was nice to get to
meet more of Rob's family. Rob and
me just had to watch what we said, since that side of this family
don't know that he's gay. To them, I was just his friend. The
food was very nice indeed. Rob and
me both only had a start and main course each. At about 11:00pm
the taxi come to get us all anbd take us back to Rob's house.
Once back at his house. We course played about on the PC again.
Anyone would think is all that we both ever do .
When using his PC I mentioned to Rob that
we should really get a router, so that he does not have to worry
about the other PC being on so that he can access the Internet.
We told me that they already have one, but can't get it to work.
So I said to him, let me look at it and see if, I can get it
working. We were both up till 4:00am getting it fully working.
At one point I was ready to give up. But when it comes to computers,
I never like them betting me.
Then it was to sleep in Rob's very
nice double bed. |
Thursday - 10th March
2005 |
I got out of bed at about
12:30pm. Sorted out the coal fire, had a shower, then eat some
breakfast serial. Then I played about on the Internet for a while.
Before setting off in my car to drive to Lincoln at about 1:50pm.
It was the first time, that I had ever driven there before, all
by myself. I think that I did, very, very well. I only took one
wrong turning on the way there. When I did get to Lincoln, I
even found the car park that I was going, for first time around.
Even better, you can park there for one hour for free. So I did
not have to pay for parking. Which turned out to be, very lucky
as I found out later that I had no change on me at all.
Then after that things went a wee bit wrong. Only I wee bit
wrong. So don't worry. The main reason I went to Lincoln was
to try to get a Red
Nose Day t-shirt for work But the shop that sold them had
run out. I was not really that bothered. As Lincoln is a very
nice City, with lots of good shops to look around. It was also
nice to get out of the house for the afternoon.
I left Lincoln at about 4:00pm. Which was a good time to leave.
As it meant that, I got back home to Little Bytham before the
roads got busy. |
Friday - 11th March 2005 |
I spend most the day doing
stuff to my Wetsuitlads
website. I started to give it a new look on Monday. Since
they are just so many pages on it that need changed, it's taken
me longer than I excepted it to. The way it's going I will seen
be doing it come Monday. Oh well, it does look so much better
now, that it use to. So all the work that I am doing on it, will
be worth it.
With
it being Friday. I was of course working at the dog
track in Peterborough. Since it was Red
Nose Day, most of the staff that worked in the raceview restaurant
all dress up in red t-shirts and had funny red afros on. They
even got me wearing a afro. But of course I did not mind, since
we were raising money for charity.
Once back home, I chatted to my boyfriend
Rob on MSN for a good while. I showed him my new look with
my red t-shirt and red afro. I don't think he really liked
it. He told me never to die my hair red. And here was me thinking
that I had just found a new sexy look for myself .
Oh well, back to the drawing board again then.
By the time I had finished chatting to Rob and
doing more stuff to Wetsuitlads.
I ended up going to bed at about 3:00am. I really should try
to stop going to bed so late. Because when I do, I end up spending
half of the next day in bed. |
|
