The most interesting things that happened today. Was at work. The dog track now sells draught Guinness, instead of the bottled stuff. So can tell, that I do really need to get out more, since I think this is interesting. At least it gives you something, to read on my blog at last.

I was bored. One of the things. I do when, I get bored. Is to start searching for anything and everything, on the net. When I doing a search on YouTube for "Little Bytham", I found this video. It was filmed, when Mark, my next door neighbour Julie and myself, went hot air ballooning on 12th February 2008. The weird thing. I did not not even know. It was getting filmed, till I found this video.

Today I made start. On the early planning stages, of the John O'Groats to Lands End cycle. That Mike and myself are hoping to do, July/August 2009 time. And before you think it, 2009. Is not a typing error. It's just going to take, us that long. To fully plan the route. Save up the money for doing it and so on. I have also started a new website, to go with the cycle. Which can be found at endtoend-cycle.co.uk.

The main thing that I did today. Was at long last, I recorded a new podcast. The first one, that I have done since 28th January 2008. Which is the longest gap, ever between two of my podcast episodes. I will try, to be good and make sure. I recorded them, more often again, from now on.

Me in HuntingdonMike and myself, went for a very long cycle of 58.79 mile's. Which I think, is the longest cycle that I have ever done in one day. We both both trying to get use, to doing long cycles for, when we cycle from John O'Groats to Lands End. Which we, are planning too do in August 2009.

So back to the cycle it's self. The cycle took us from Mike's house. In the Orton Malborne, area of Peterborough. To a village called, Swavesey, which is near to Cambridge. Were our friends Jaco and Namir live. The cycle took us 4 hours, 43 minutes and 40 seconds. With an average speed of 12.4 mph. Going by my Cateye CC-CD300DW cycling computer.

Chris wearing the Orca speedsuitI got a new digital camera. Which I ordered from Amazon.co.uk, yesterday. I had been thinking, about getting from for a while. It was not, till my Mum and Dad were down, last weekend. And I got to play with my Dad's camera. I made up my mind to get a new one. The one I got myself, cost £265.39. It's a Olympus SP-570 UZ.

The other main thing, I did today, was to take photos of a new model, called Chris for my Wetsuitlads website.

Then in the evening, I was, of course working at the dog track.

Sam, Nick, Mike and myself at Goodbarns YardMike, Sam and Nick (two people from work), myself, went to Alton Towers for the day. We all had a great day. The main rides we got on were, the Spinball Whizzer, Oblivion, Air, Nemesis, Runaway Mime Train. We did get to go on some other ones. I can't remember the names of them. I think we did very, well indeed to get on so many rides. I think your doing well, if you go and get on four.

After Alton Towers, we went to a pub in Peterborough, called Goodbarns Yard. To see some local bands play. The main band, we went there to see, are called Midwezt.

It was a great day. Very, very tiring for me. Since I did all the driving to and from Alton Towers.
